DotVPN — better than VPN.

I present to you all, a VPN that just screams "suspicious". I have attached the chrome extension that the VPN operates through, as it doesn't seem to have an installer or binary of any sort.

I'd like to unpack that .rar and get the javascript posted up in the cleanVPN repository. If anyone has a minute to do that, meanwhile, that'd be great

edited to add: put up a dotvpn directory so it's there and ready for any javascript that wants to call it home.

(also, we've still to get a standalone cleanvpn.org site up and running... someday)
