Sorry if this is really stupid: where is my token meant to be???

Im sorry in advance if this is a super obvious question but I don't get it

I purchased a 1 month token using bitpay, I was sent an email with a reciept saying this invoice has been paid

But where is the token? What am I supposed to hash? Where do I get whatever I enter into the client to connect?? I haven't recieved any other emails or anything of the like besides just a reciept and I cant see anything on the reciept

I trawled through the homepage many times and couldn't see anything saying where you were meant to get a token

Not sure if I'm overlooking something really stupidly or what

Any help :cry:

Where did you bought your token?

Did you supply your e-mail address to receive it? If so did you checked your spam folder?

First have a look through your spam folder as we've seen our token delivery emails getting shoved there a good bit lately. If you're not seeing it there, send us an email to support@cryptostorm.is and specify the email address on your receipt if it's different from the one you'll be sending from

I'm having the same problem and the messages are not in my spam folder. I don't get any email with my token after paying with Bitpay.
