Issue with billing/tokens

Hi. Sent an email to support, got no response. Figured 24 hours was sufficient turnaround, so posting here.

Purchased 3-month token through CCBill, and it declined my card, with an offer to call them to finish the purchase. Did so, and they billed my card. However, it did not complete the process on cryptostorm's end.

Now, who do I contact about getting the token I paid for emailed to me? Happy to provide whatever proof necessary.

Just forward the reply email/confirmation# from CCBill to and they'll get back to you. Happened to me too and it was quickly resolved.
