I just got a request over my web form that a transaction didn't go well. I got the transaction but I can't contact as he/she did put in a bonkers email address that bounces

are reading this please contact me again over the web form, email or even this forum so I can send you the token. To make sure it's you put in the order id from my system as you did already in the message before.
